What Age Should My Child Start Gymnastics?
As a parent, you want to give your child the best opportunities to grow, learn, and thrive. One question we often hear at Peak Gymnastics is: "What age should my child start gymnastics?" The answer depends on your child’s development, goals, and personality—but we're here to help you make an informed decision.

Why Start Gymnastics Early?
Gymnastics is more than just flips and cartwheels. It builds strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence—all essential skills for growing children. Starting gymnastics at a young age can lay the foundation for healthy physical development, while also teaching valuable life skills like discipline and perseverance.
